Another month closer to death.

I was going to write something profound, but I just haven't got it in me.

Maybe all 93 of my visitors like hearing about what I watch on TV, or how today's showering experience was, although I doubt it.

I will aim to write something worth reading tomorrow. I think I will try to write 200 words on death. I've been thinking about that a lot this last week, not in a depressing morbid way. It's just a fact of life, unless you hear a trumpet blast. That's probably Jesus coming back!

If you have actually bothered reading this post, why not leave a comment. It would be nice to have a bit of moral support. Even if you post 'This is crap' or 'EGTY trading volume is beginning to surge with landslide Announcement', at least I know there's someone out there!

I forgot the title again. How annoying!

I think I'm about ten hits away from one hundred. I was hoping for that in the first week, but I suppose this will have to do.

I haven't achieved much today. I have spent quite a while trying to teach myself HTML without much luck. I think I'm gradually getting the hang of it, but it needs practice and the end results weren't worth saving.

I watched an old black and white Miss Marple mystery on TV which was actually much better than I thought it would be. In fact it was probably one of the best I've seen! I love any sort of detective show, as long as there is comedy involved. Too much drama, and it just isn't enjoyable.

Well, that's my little piece of wisdom for today. Do people actually read this stuff?

The exciting life I lead.

I woke up at about 12.30pm, and had lunch. I then went back to my room, and after 'resting my eyes' for a moment, woke up again at 4ish. Mum wasn't too happy, and kept asking me if I was ill, and telling me that I wasn't normal ... Unlike my shampoo which is for normal hair. At least my hair is normal.

This smooth link brings me on to the highlight of my day.

I was in the shower washing my hair with Wild Herb & Kiwi shampoo, when I glanced at the small print on the back. I then read the most stupid thing I have seen in years. On the back of the bottle were the words ...

THIS IS NOT FOOD

I stopped and re-read it, but it still said the same thing.

The only reason for having to write this on the back of your shampoo bottle must be because someone has written to you complaining that they added a 300ml bottles worth of Wild Herb & Kiwi sauce to their stew, not realising that they were meant to massage through wet hair and rinse thoroughly, repeating if necessary.

Are people really that stupid?

Two Posts - Two Days.

Yesterday after posting I started clicking through to the 'Next Blog' using the button at the top on the right. Compared to a couple of months ago I thought standards are beginning to slip.

I would say at least 10% of the blogs were total rubbish. I believe they're called spam blogs. Page upon page of meaningless clap-trap ... A bit like here really.

Then there are the usual foreign language blogs. Seriously, why bother? I can't read any of your mumbo-jumbo. (Should that be all one word?)

To top it all off there were quite a few porno blogs. Come on guys, I'm trying to give it up. Stop offending my eyes with your crap. That being said, in the ratings wars, female flesh will always outdo my drivel by about 100,000 to 1.

The battle's still raging, but the war is already won. Keep your chin up Rob!

Is there anybody out there?

Well, if I wasn't the worst blogger in existence before, surely I am now!

When was the last post? May sometime I think. I really am crap. Oh well, it's the same old story really. You know the one. "Can I really be bothered with this"?

The only reason I am writing this now is because I enjoyed re-reading all of my old posts.

At least it's easier to post now that I have finished my course, and I'm back in Brighton. I have a computer in my room, so I don't have to book in at the library.

I still get Sitemeter reports every week in my inbox telling me that no-one has visited my blog during the week. This makes me very sad!

I have got one comment about my last post. It sounds like a good deal NOT!

Hopefully this is the start of a Rob's Blog revival. We'll see ...
